10 WAYS TO NATURALLY REMOVE FLUORIDE (Part 2)

We hope you enjoyed last weeks tips on how to naturally remove fluoride from your body with household staples and easy remedies available to us all in our local communities.

We’d love to hear your story on how implementing any of these natural remedies has improved your life. Please email us or leave a comment below.

Continuing on from Part 1 last week, here are 5 more ways to naturally remove fluoride from your body and life:

6. Vitamin C

Adding lots of Vitamin C to your daily fluoride removal routine is a great helping hand. Natural sources of vitamin C, such as citrus fruits, are much better than consuming D-ascorbic acid, as with anything synthetic. L-ascorbic acid is natural as found in food.

Eat as much as you can tolerate along with a couple of tablespoons of lecithin daily to maximise the uptake of the Vitamin C in your body.

Vitamin C rich foods include: orange, lemon, grapefruit, watermelon, guava, black currant, kiwi, green peppers, strawberries, papaya, berries, mango, pineapple, broccoli, kale, parsley, red pepper, brussels sprouts, peas, cauliflower, tomatoes, cabbage, raw and cooked leafy greens (turnip greens, spinach) and winter squash.

7. Melatonin

Decalcification of the pineal gland is a much disputed area, however melatonin has been said to help remove fluoride, which is part of the what calcifies the pineal gland.

Calcification is becoming increasingly normal at an early age now, and this build up of calcium phosphate is found to be responsible for Alzheimer’s, adrenal fatigue and many more diseases. Constant exposure to fluoride and other substances through close use of toothpaste, hormones, food additives, sweeteners and excessive use of sugar, municipal water quality, mobile phone exposure - these all build up in your body over time - and are linked to califying the pineal gland.

This has not been proven by science, but it is a belief many believe firmly in. I personally do not see what we have to lose, after all, anything that removes fluoride, pineal gland benefits or no, is a good thing in my eyes.

Adding in plenty of physical activity, eating a clean healthy diet suited your body and blood type, not overeating, and remembering to meditate daily for many benefits, but which also will stimulate your pineal gland, which is important to help your body produce more melatonin naturally.

Melatonin, which is a derivative of serotonin, are important as they help with the wake/sleep cycle of the body, as well as with seasonal light changes.

8. Apple Pectin

Apple pectin is yet another effective item to use to eliminate fluoride. Apple pectin is found in the skin and pulp of fresh apples, or can be consumed as a dietary supplement.

The well known phrase ‘an apple a day keeps the doctor away’ suddenly has new more profound meaning, and may well be where it originated.

Pectin is a soluble fiber found in the wall of plant cells. Each plant has a varying amount available, legumes and fruits often have a higher amount. Apricot, apple, orange, and grapefruit are known to have the highest pectin levels.

Pectin is known to regulate the digestive system, lower blood pressure, lower glucose and cholesterol levels, supply soluble fiber, protects against metabolic syndrome, improves heart health, be a natural cancer fighter and efficient heavy metal and chemical detoxifier.

To keep your pectin levels high naturally, eat plenty of raw vegetables and fruits, and only the occasional spoon of pure fruit jam. Although pectin has many health benefits, the high sugar content and additives found in most jams most likely counteracts the benefits. Alternatively, you can take pectin supplements, or do a pectin intestinal cleanse.

9. Zeolite Minerals

Zeolite is one of our Earth’s most ancient minerals, over 300 million years old. The crystal mineral carries the scientific name Clinoptilolite Zeolite and refers to the volcanic process of how the crystal is formed during eruption, and when molten lava and mineral-rich ash flows down into the cool ocean water.

Greatly used by our forefathers, who knew it helped improve overall health and well-being, even if they didn’t know why, today we do.

Zeolite is effective due to its high detoxification and chelation abilities. The reason why this mineral is superior to others is its crystalline core, where the honeycomb shaped structure allows heavy metals and toxins to easily get trapped inside the cavities.

Another bonus is zeolite is also capable of removing radioactive particles. After the disastrous Chernobyl incident, tons of zeolite was used to clean up cesium and strontium-90.

With its naturally rare negative nucleus status, it helps trap and pass chemicals and lead them out of the body, a process also known as cation exchange. Zeolite is known to efficiently draw out and remove mercury, aluminium, lead, arsenic, cadmium, lead and tin, all the while retaining beneficial minerals such as zinc and potassium.

Zeolite can be used to filter your drinking water of all the hazardous chemicals used in today’s society before they reach your glass of clean fresh water, using either an alkaline water filter or by ingesting a zeolite supplement powder or liquid.

Zeolite will pass through your system in 5-7 hours, and is widely used by all, even pregnant women, but we suggest consulting your medical practitioner before consuming.

10. Iodine

Iodine has been a much discussed topic, where some claim it is not good for you as there are claims it is linked to hypothyroidism if too much is consumed, others claim this may be the case if you consume too little. Most diets are deficient of this vital mineral.

Seaweed and other iodine and potassium iodide combination foods are especially recommended to help filter out sodium fluoride.

The thing to focus on here is the way iodine increases the release of sodium fluoride in the form of calcium fluoride through urine. This does mean some of your body's calcium stores will go down, so supplementing with calcium and magnesium, as well as iodine and lecithin will be beneficial when it comes to removing fluoride from your body.

So, even though highly toxic man-made fluoride is exceedingly difficult to avoid, if we make the right choices and take simple steps to improve our footprint, we can all greatly reduce exposure to fluoride and eliminate how much is in our bodies via food and drink.
