Journalling is a form of expressing ourselves that has been a tradition for centuries. When done in a positive manner with focus on what we have around us that we appreciate, are happy for, feel blessed to have in our lives, our energy fields expand, and attracting more of the same becomes easier. There are many ways you can write a journal, you can choose to pour your heart out, or create bullet point lists, or write affirmations like ‘I am happy, I am passionate, I am blessed….and so on’.
Find time to sit down and tune out from the world. By listening in to what your inner self is telling you, you will find it easier going out and taking massive action in the direction you truly desire. Not to mention all the added benefits it gives you such as boosted creativity, focus and energy.

Taking time out to learn something new every single day will boost your energy and gratitude levels, not to mention help take you to the next level of your life, and create experiences you before only could dream of. It is all possible and within your reach. None of us are more talented than others, it is merely a matter of taking determined action and creating the lives we want. Hesitation and procrastination are the biggest challenges we often face in this life, perhaps your first learning could be in this space? Set aside at least 20 mins every day to learn something new.
If you haven’t yet tried doing a Morning Booster shot with water and baking soda, I highly recommend it. It is revitalizing and invigorating! Although some claim it can really can get your body moving fast in terms of elimination, others do not have this same instantaneous reaction. All in all, its super good for you.
My MORNING BOOSTER SHOT RECIPE is simply this:
1. Add all ingredients you wish to include, except baking soda, into a tall glass. Make sure you leave room for the fizz so only fill ¾ full with water!
2. Add a spoon of baking soda, stir and drink it while it fizzes for best results, but waiting until it has settled is also ok. Especially as some do not enjoy the facial spritz.
Keep adding these morning routines to your life consistently and notice the difference. As with anything, if you don’t stick to it, you can’t expect to see any changes. Science has now proven it takes 66 days, not 21 days as previously believed, to create a new neural habit. Shocking I know, but it explains a lot. This is backed by a study carried out by University College London in 2010, where the aim was to get to the bottom of the question of ‘how long it really takes us to develop a new habit’.
