How do I return my product?

  • Contact us on support@invigoratedliving.com or 1-800-898-0103 to review your query if there is an issue.
  • You may also start the return process directly through the Amazon order system, if you have placed an Amazon order. Please note that Amazon’s return window is only 30 days.
  • Please ensure you dry all filters thoroughly before returning, as wet filters are very heavy. Open or used filters will not be refunded.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5 business days.

How do I cancel my order?

  • To process your return, we require an order number or proof of purchase. If you have received your product as a gift, you will need to obtain the original purchase order nr and receipt before we are able to assist you further.
  • Our money back guarantee lasts 60 days as stated in our policy. If more than 60 days have gone by since your purchase, we are not liable to offer you a refund or exchange. We do always strive to help our customers in the very best way possible, so please contact us with your query and we will do our very best to help you.
  • All items returned must be in original condition, unless faulty. If an item is returned and is not in it's original packaging and condition, is damaged or has missing parts, filters have been open or used, we will unfortunately not be offer you a refund or exchange. You may be eligible for a partial refund at our discretion.
  • We reserve the right, at any time after the receipt of the order, to accept or decline the order, or any portion thereof, in our sole discretion, even after the customer receives an order confirmation or after the credit card has been authorized. If the credit card has already been authorized for the purchase and the order is canceled, we will issue a credit to the original method of payment.

Please note that any orders that have already been packaged or shipped can not be cancelled.

Exchanges & Replacing Items

  • Faulty items do, unfortunately, happen on occasion. We are happy to replace any defective or damaged items. Please email us at support@invigoratedwater.com with your order number, proof of faulty item issue (pictures, video etc.) and where you wish your replacement issued sent, to process your claim.
  • If you have changed your mind and wish to exchange your product for a different item, please send us an email at support@invigoratedwater.com. Please note you will be required to send the unit you wish to exchange back, at your cost, in addition to the cost of shipping the new item. If you are exchanging for an item of a higher cost, there may be an up charge.

Gifts

  • If you wish to buy a gift card for a friend or family member, please contact us on support@invigoratedwater.com and we will be happy to help.
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, and shipped directly to you by your friend/family member, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
  • If you have sent someone a gift and they no longer wish to keep the item, or wish to exchange it for another item, please contact us on support@invigoratedwater.com with your order number, address the item was shipped to, and which product they are interested in and we will assist as best we can.
