We offer a 60 day return policy. Within 60 days of your purchase you may return an item, and we will pay for the return shipping. We will also refund you 100% of your purchase.
How do I return an item?
If you would like to return an item, please contact us at email@example.com, and one of our customer happiness team will help you. In your email please provide your order ID, or another proof of purchase, so we can locate your order. Once we locate your order we’ll contact you with instructions to process your return. Once we receive your returned item we will issue your refund. Refunds will be credited back to your original form of payment, and can take up to 5 business days.
International orders (outside the US)
International orders also have a 60 day return policy. If the item was damaged, or not functioning as advertised, we will either pay for the return shipping and issue you a refund, or send you a replacement item - the choice is yours. However, if your reason for return is that you’ve changed your mind, or you don’t like the product (to include the taste of the water), we will issue your refund, however you will pay for the return international shipping and any taxes/duties on the return shipping.
