We recommend changing out your PH002 filter every third PH001 filter change.
As a general guide please consider the following rule:
1 person = Replace every 500 days / 16 months
2 persons = Replace every 250 days / 8 months
3 persons = Replace every 167 days / 5 months
4 persons = Replace every 125 days / 4 months
If you use 3 x PH002’s with pH RECHARGE, you should replace all three every 792,50 gallons/3000 litres.

Question: What does a PH002 Ultra Filtration (UF) Membrane filter do?
Answer: The PH002 filters dissolve molecules as small as 0.01 micron, and extremely small particles (like sand and silt) from your drinking water, resulting in natural, clean, purified water. Combined with our PH001 filter it may also help to increase the pH levels because the water sitting in contact with the PH001 material longer when the PH002 is attached.
Question: How does the PH002 attach to the PH001
Answer: To attach PH002 to PH001, first place the PH002 gasket on the bottom of the PH001. Then line the four tabs on PH002 between the four cutouts on PH001. Then, you need to push a little and twist the PH002 to the left at the same time, so that the PH002 tabs sit under the PH001 tabs.

Invigorated Water will not be responsible for orders that are lost in the mail due to an incorrect address, attempted delivery, or orders marked as "delivered" and claimed to not have been. It will be the customers responsibility to track down their order at this point.
We recommend you contact your local post, or UPS, depending on how it was sent, with your tracking number. 99% of the time it is found this way. Customers will not be provided refunds unless their order is returned to Eugene Oregon.
