How long do the filters last?
The PH001 filters generally last for 96 gallons or 360 liters. PH002 filters last 264 gallons/1000 liters.
Are filters recyclable?
The plastic housing of our pH001 and pH002 filters is recyclable. For further information on recyclability, reach out to our Customer Service team.
What is the shelf life of a filter?
The shelf life of an unopened filter is 3 years.
Is it necessary to use both pH001 and pH002 filters?
pH001 filters work perfectly on their own. The pH002 filters are add-on filters and can only be used in conjunction with the pH001. For those looking to take their water purification and pH levels to a whole new level, the pH001 and pH002 combination is recommended.
My filter appears to be leaking - what should I do?
If you are seeing black particles, this is activated carbon dust and is normal. Allow water to run through the filter for about 2-3 minutes. Then fill the pitcher and let the water filter through completely – discard the water. Repeat this step 2 more times.
