The body of the Recharge 1F and 3F units are made of PC (polycarbonate-clear) plastic, and the lid and spigot are made of SAN (Styrene Acrylonitrile) plastic.

The pH RECHARGE unit comes with a manual dial reminder. Simply spin the first dial to get to the month you need to change the filter in and the second dial to the day.

We only recommend hand washing with warm soapy water. Please don't wash or use soap with the filters.

Please immerse your dispenser in warm water to help dislodge the reservoir.

First check for the product for any visible damage or cracks. If there is none, you will need to identify whether the leak is coming from the body or the spigot itself.1. How to tell if your spigot leak is from the body or where water dispenses from spigot: Place a cup beneath the spigot, if cup catches water, yet there is no water is on surface the unit is placed, your leak is from the spigot. If there is no water in the cup, but there is water on surface where unit is placed, the leak is from the body.2. Leaking from where water dispenses: The top of the plastic spigot can be removed by unthreading the top (tap?), once out of the spigot body you will see a clear/white cylindrical silicone stopper. Make sure the stopper is sitting evenly by gently rotating the stopper and easing it downward slightly. This will ensure that the stopper is making adequate contact with the opening that dispenses the water, creating a seal to prevent drips and leaks.3. Leak at body: If the gasket is undamaged, you will need to check spigot assembly and address over-tightening and loose connections
